[Ca. 1880]. ?Garfield and Arthur? on the white stripes of an American flag for the 1880 presidential election. Approximately 17 x 25?. Some fading to red stripes, some wear at edges and on cloth left margin, soiled. Framed under plexiglass (frame 22 ? x 29 ??). Excellent and Rare.
