Minor occasional rubbing, soiling to slipcase. Fine. STATED FIRST EDITION, ONE OF 1,000 PRINTED COPIES OF THIS NATIONAL BOOK AWARD FINALIST FOR NON-FICTION IN 2010. Sam Steward (also known as Phil Andros and Phil Sparrow) was a tattoo artist and pornographer, who kept a secret diary of his sexual experiences. He was the official tattoo artist of the Hell's Angels.
