The first participant is asked to press the stem of a closed pocket watch to select a random time, then hands the watch to the second participant. The performer borrows a wristwatch from the second participant and hands the watch to the first spectator. The spectator holding a watch is asked to open the lid and reveal the time, the second spectator is now asked to look at the wristwatch as well. Both times match. 2 1/2 x 1 3/4?.
