A-.Brunhilde and Elsa van Droysen were billed as two giant German ?sisters? although they were not actually related. Dora van Droysen (Brunhilde, 7?8?, maiden name Herms) and Anna Haase (Elsa, 8?4?) began touring together in 1926 and appeared in the Hagenbeck-Wallace circus. Brunhilde also starred in Barnum & Bailey circus in 1922. The two toured together until 1939.
