Giant Inlaid Drawer Box. Circa 1880. Hardwood box is shown empty, then the drawer is closed. Upon reopening, the box is filled with livestock, flags, or flowers. Oversize example with inlaid design in side panels and fine marquetry in lid incorporating a floral pattern and burled veneer. 11 ? x 8 x 6 ??. Hold-back button in base, locking clip in handle. Felt renewed underneath box, a few scratches to finish. A handsome early classic conjuring prop.
