Sturdy ?magic chafing dish" which produces a live dove or duck when the lid is clamped on and then removed. Diameter 11". Locking load chamber. Owned and used by Horace Goldin; with an ANS tracing the provenance from Dr. Dawes to Richard Ritson to Goldin; Dr. Dawes acquired the prop in 1968.
