With signed frontispiece portrait. 324 pp. Publisher’s full red cloth, front board and spine stamped in black, printed on deluxe glossy paper, in the scarce original pictorial dust jacket. Spine bumped at edges, minor occasional soiling to boards, a few gutters slightly overopened, skewed; jacket worn, soiled, with numerous tears and chips, with tape reinforcements on verso and on front rear panel at fore-edge and upper corner of rear jacket flap. Fine. FIRST DELUXE SIGNED LIMITED EDITION, #389 SIGNED by Goldston on the frontispiece, in the RARE dust jacket. Limitation number inkstamped on title-page. This book was issued without a ffep.
