Group of 72 Cartes de Visite of Important or Tourist, Novelty or Architectural Locations. (19th Century). Many examples of Falls, Lakes, Large Houses, Civil War Monument, After Chicago Fire, Independence Hall, Churches, Cemeteries and Castles. Many studios printed on back of cards, with handwritten notes on front or back.
Paper toned with random cards with tears, marks or stains. Good condition overall. Each approx. 4 x 2 ½".
