GUYNEMER, Georges. (1894-1917). Georges Guynemer Photo. Georges Guynemer was the second highest scoring French fighter ace, with 54 confirmed kills during World War I. A French national hero at the time of his death in 1917 he is seen in this photograph next to his airplane. 6 1/2 x 4 1/2? mounted on larger trimmed card. Very good.
