Cut and trimmed galley proofs pasted onto 20 unused pages of a 1976 diary with two page typewritten introduction, SIGNED BY TREVOR HALL and dated 1 February 1977. Original mailing label from The Book Collector included, for whom this essay was to be originally published. Many ideas found in this essay were later expanded upon in Hall?s The Search for Harry Price (1978). Provenance: Trevor Hall (bookplate).
