Included are Scott #948, Immortal Chaplains, signed on the selvedge by President Harry Truman and Postmaster General Jesse M. Donaldson, Scott #974, Juliette Low Commemorative, signed on the selvedge by PM Donaldson, and Scott #990, National Capital Sesquicentennial, in personalized portfolio, but not signed. All very fine.
