Wickey, Harry (1892?1968). Bronzed Plaque of Uncle Timmy. Depicted on page 287 of his 1942 autobiography, ?Thus Far?, in which he discusses the medium type of relief used in this plaque, in which ?the forms within the contour have only slight projection with little depth to modeling, but contain no flat areas.? Bronzed plaster, unframed, 19 x 11 x 1?. Very good. Together with studio photograph of sculptor.
