Heavy Silk Pedestal. Chicago: Roterberg [?], ca. 1900. Short and sturdy nickel-plated stand which secretly delivers a silk handkerchief into a bottomless glass resting atop it. Weighted base, with two delicate twisted eye-loops through which to run thread that can operate the plunger. The first we have seen with this addition. Height 8 1/2".
