New York: Charles Scribner?s Sons, 1953. 8vo. 652 pp. Publisher?s full rust cloth, front board and spine stamped in gilt, rear board stamped in blind, publisher?s unclipped (?$5.00?) dust jacket (light rubbing to cloth, endleaves a bit offset; jacket spine sunned, jacket toned at edges, some marginal tears, chips). Very good. FIRST EDITION, INSCRIBED BY CHARLES POOLE, THE EDITOR ON THE FFEP. An additional gift inscription on the ffep. to Gertrude Good from ?Mary and Ralph?; Poole had inscribed this book to Gertrude Good as well. Measurements: 10 x 7 x 2?.
