Frontispiece. Illustrated. 4to. Gatherings uncut; fine. See Toole Stott 222. Note preceding the text states, “The price of this book is four shillings and sixpence. If you cannot raise four shillings and sixpence honestly, do not buy the book.” A variant in which the prefatory note states that the price is six shillings was also issued.
