HOFF, Syd (American, 1912-2004). A group of 12 original drawings. Circa 1940s-1950s. Pen and ink on illustration board. 15 x 10?, a few a bit smaller. Toned, worn, soiled, pin-holes, a few with dampstains to lower edge, several with notations and inkstamps from Esquire Magazine. An interesting group. Hoff was a humorous cartoonist and children?s book illustrator and author. His output of children?s book was enormous, but he is best known for his ?Danny and the Dinosaur? series. A good group.
