Illustrated with frontispiece of Houdini posing with Sir Arthur Conan Doyle (1859-1930) and with numerous other illustrations. Publisher?s full blue ribbed cloth, front board and spine stamped in gilt. Spine a bit toned, rubbed, some rubbing, mild edgewear to boards, some offsetting to endleaves. Alvin Gentil?s copy, with his ownership inkstamp on ffep. Gentil was the Assistant Director of the Texas Association of Magicians.
