Houdini writes to a Mr. Evans regarding his recent move from 278 W. 113th St. to 394 East 21st St., Brooklyn, and mentions his ever growing collection, and the creation of a scrapbook filled with memorabilia supplied by Evans, stating that he ?Call[s] it the Evans material scrap book.? Engraved portrait of Houdini in upper left, black borders. Old central folds, old notation in upper margin. Signed boldly, ?H. Houdini.?
