Document issued by the Excelsior Savings Bank (New York), with the gilt seal of the Society of American Magicians applied, authorizing trustees Leo Rullman and William Berryman to utilize funds. SIGNED by Harry Houdini as President of the S.A.M. 12 x 7?. Framed and matted, approx. sight 15 ? x 10 ??. Not examined out of frame. The bank was ten blocks away from where Society of American Magicians was founded in 1902 in the back room of Martinka's Magic Shop. This certification is three years into Houdini?s term as president of the society.
