Heller, picturing Houdini at the center of the interior spread; a vest pocket-size program for the first annual ball of the club in 1914, listing Houdini as the president on the rear cover; and a handbill printed on stiff cardstock for the Continuous Cabaret on October 10, 1926 listing Houdini as the club president.
