Complete with the six pages of technical data, quotations/testimonials from celebrities with whom the photographer worked, facsimile of Pierre Restany?s handwritten notes, facsimile letter from Douglas Fairbanks Jr., publisher?s COA, and acknowledgements. Near fine; light wear to case edges.
