Jack Gwynne-Style Sub Trunk. Ohio: George Kirkendall, 1960s. A large and sturdy traveling trunk used in the classic Houdini-inspired Metamorphosis effect. Manufactured in the Gwynne style as a top-loading trunk. Made and used by Kirkendall himself. Red cloth interior. With original key for lock (broken), with leather handles (one perished). Measures 23 x 21 x 36?. Wear from use. Good.
