Illustrated with numerous plates and 5 folding maps. 2 volumes. 551; 580 pp. Publisher's full blue cloth, front board and spine stamped in gilt (spines toned and worn, boards rubbed and soiled, corners bumped, hinges in volume I starting, some bubbling to cloth, text a bit toned with occasional foxing many pages unopened, some wear to maps). Good. FIRST EDITION OF THIS ACCOUNT OF THE JACKSON-HARMSWORTH EXPEDITION, in which they remained in Camp Flora for 3 years.
