Joe Penner Dexterity Ring. Circa 1930s. A brass ring with adjustable bands and topped with a clear plastic dome featuring a photo of the comedian, Joe Penner. Inside dome are three metal balls that can be positioned into one of three circular holes. Tarnishing to ring and plastic dome; minor scuffs to plastic. Ring still maintains some original luster. Rare.
