[2, blank], [x], [1]-[733], [4, blank] pp. Bound in modern full black goatskin, black goatskin labels lettered in silver and ruled in blue, silver board edges, modern blue endleaves, rear wrapper bound-in at rear (front blank repaired and with tape residue, pp. [1-5] with tape repairs and residue, the first few and final few leaves soiled and lightly worn, several pages unopened at either the fore-edge or top edge, final blank soiled and repaired, rear wrapper soiled, creased with a few tape repairs, contemporary previous owner's signature on inside of rear wrapper (dated August, 1922)).
