Color lithographed window card with image of a green bull for a special event, ?Fun on the Farm" in Baraboo, WI. 22 x 12". Central hanging hole at top. Foxed, soiled, edgeworn, grease pencil marking at bottom, with a few short marginal tears. A-/B. INSCRIBED BY JOHN M. KELLEY AT THE LOWER LEFT CORNER: ?To Ricky Pfening by John M. Kelley June 30, 1962". Kelley was the personal attorney for the Ringling Brothers who established the famous ?Circus World" museum in Baraboo, which opened in 1959, and is still in operation. The recipient, Ricky Pfening, was a circus historian and collector, and worked for various circuses (including Fred J. Mack, Barr Bros., etc.) An excellent association.
