LAROCHE, Jean-Marc (French, b. 1959). Figure Ethnique. 2005. Mixed media sculpture. Articulated [resin] skeleton sculpture, adorned with a feather headdress, burlap fabric, jewelry, and a wooden spear wrapped in woven wicker. Jewelry consists of an animal tooth necklace, a porcupine quill necklace, and two feather and leather bracelets. Signed and dated by Laroche at the base of the skull. Approx. 64 x 16 ? x 20 ??. A few feathers are loose, else in very good condition. Third-party shipping required.
