LARREY, Dominique-Jean (1766-1842). Autograph Letter Signed. Paris, ?le 18 Aoutt [sic] 1829? (August 18, 1829). 1 8vo page on bifolium sheet with an address (to Dr. Legallois). Signed ?D J Larrey D. M.? On plain white laid paper with portion of a watermark. Each page approximately 9 ? x 7 ??. Both leaves of bifolium have been re-attached, 2 vertical and 1 horizontal creases, some toning, soiling, leaf with address has had some repairs and restoration. Very good. In this letter, Larrey makes a recommendation to Dr. Legallois of the Sieur Michel, a young Egyptian aide of good character.
