Fine. THE RARE FIRST EDITION OF THE FULL TRANSCRIPT OF SURRATT'S TRIAL FOR CONSPIRACY. Surratt (1844-1916) was the son of convicted Mary Surratt, who was hanged for her role in the assassination. John H. Surratt was extradited from Egypt and tried for conspiracy. The trial ended in a hung jury, and he was never re-tried. Fisher was the presiding judge for the trial.
