Only about two copies were bound before Jack Lindsay and Kirtley left to establish a branch of the press in England. Kirtley later gave away unbound sheets of this rarity to friends. Kirtley told Harry Chaplin (book editor and collector) that the extant copies probably wouldn't exceed 45 (he may have been wrong, based on the number of this copy).
