Creases, spotting, and light soiling in margins; few repaired closed tears; light creasing in image with slight touch-up. B. Scarce. Logan and five other artists were members of the Society of Six, a group of California plein-air painters. Logan?s paintings of the American West were used on Southern Pacific posters for numerous national parks, cities, and landmarks.
