Publisher?s ribbed gray-green cloth lettered and blocked in white and black, pictorial endpapers (few faint spots of dust soiling to covers, upper interior hinge cracked, few leaves shaken, original ownership penciling to ffep). FIRST EDITION with usual cancel title page on wove paper. BAL notes that the cancel occurs printed on either wove or on laid paper but no priority. BAL 11896.
