Magic Skittle Trick. Lake Forest: John McKinven, ca. 1995. Mechanically complex version of the classic effect in which a wooden skittle vanishes, then reappears elsewhere. With solid skittle, shell, and double-spring loaded skittle for nesting inside shell. A large example, height 8 ??. Hallmarked. The only example of this design, or turned by McKinven we have encountered. Near fine.
