Powell, James D. Man with Walking Stick in the Countryside. Circa 1930. Watercolor on board likely published in the Childrenês Hour series of the Waverley Book Company in the early 1930s. Matted and framed to an overall size of size of 19 x 15 inches. Signed and dated by the artist. Signature separately affixed to watercolor. Not examined out of frame. Very good.
