Calligraphed lease agreement (?This Indenture??) on parchment for a parcel of land in the parish of Paddington in the county of Middlesex. With wax seal, tax stamp and royal inkstamp. Signed by Farmer at the bottom. Sight approximately 22 ? x 27?. Framed under glass. Frame size approximately 25 x 29 ??. Two vertical and horizontal creases, some wear, soiling. Fine. Not examined out of frame.
