Mark J. Scearce "JFK" four sterling silver julep cups. Shelbyville, KY: Mark J. Scearce, 1960s. Four sterling silver julep cups, each signed on underside with eagle cartouche and "JFK" initials. Scearce marked his cups with the sitting president's initials, beginning with his first cups during Truman's presidency. He also sent cups as gifts to presidents. Minimal beaded design at ends.
