Masland Carpets Genie Advertising Figure and Carpet Sample. Circa 1940s. Includes a painted composition in-store genie in a bottle trade figure; and a ?Magic of Masland Carpets? advertising swatch carpet. Masland Carpets of Pennsylvania dates to 1866 and continues to operate chain stores across parts of the United States. In the 1930s, ?The Magic of Masland Carpets? was a slogan the company promoted using the genie character as its mascot. Genie is beautifully restored, and nearly two feet tall. 15 x 22 ? x 6?. Very good with typical wear.
