MATA HARI (1876 ? 1917). Portrait Photograph, Inscribed and Signed. Matte-finish silver print, on semi-stiff mount, imprinted on the verso: Photographie Talbot/25 rue Royale/Paris. INSCRIBED AND SIGNED at lower right: ?Mata Hari/a/Mr. Crowe/Paris 13 Fevrier/1913.? 12 ? x 9 3/8?. A little browned in the mount and lightly spotted, otherwise fine. A rare inscribed portrait of the courtesan, exotic dancer, and spy who was executed by firing squad.
