Inscribed by Max on upper corners: ?30 Deman [?] Peter Max 12:36 PM Nov. 12, ?71 on way to UPI interview lunch city club? and ?Dallas 7?. Visible area: 13 x 17?. Matted, framed, and glazed (frame size: 22 ? x 25?). Some wear to frame, matte is dampstained (though not apparently affecting drawing). Not examined out of frame.
