Available payment options
This copy does not have the publisher’s remainder mark at the bottom of the text block, and the jacket price is intact, which are quite uncommon for this title. This intense novel did not sell well, and most copies were remaindered by Random House, who added the remainder mark and price-clipped nearly all of the jackets.
