Metal Shop Folk Art Dresser (American, 20th Century). Not dated. Welded, cut, and etched brass or copper. 11 h x 8 ? w x 4 ?"d. This table top dresser appears to be a copy done in a folk art style except executed in metals. Symbols on the drawers include three initials, F. A. D, a stars and stripes shield and a hand and a heart, all classic folk art symbols. On the back of the mirror it says ?Christmas 1893" within a hammered and shaped oval for placement of the mirror. Below at the three tiers behind the drawers is the phrase ?Papa to Jennie". Patinated with oxidation. Good condition.
