[MICRO MAGIC]. Vanishing Elephant. Vienna: Charly Eperny, 1964. A miniature version of a massive illusion. Three cards with checkered designs on one side make up a box for a miniature elephant. Despite fairly constructing ?test conditions" by enclosing the beast in the box, it vanishes without a trace. Complete with gimmick, compartmentalized box, and props, and with a note of provenance in Dr. Dawes' hand tracing the construction of the apparatus. A complete handling for these props was published in Kort by Stephen Minch (Hermetic Press, 1999).
