New Bedford Whale Boat model by William Hitchcock (American, 1928-2006). Whaling longboat with solid hull mounted with brass risers on a wood inlay base. Includes glass case with brass edge frame. 9 x 18 ? x 5 ??; base 7 ? x 20 ??. Provenance: Shipwright Gallery, Edgartown, MA. 2. & 3. Two boats signed by Nelson Plaisance (American, b. 1945). One cedar Louisiana rowboat with shells and net. 1988. Natural finish. 6 ? x 14 ? x 9 ??; base 10 x 14 ??. One green painted hunting boat with ducks, oar, and rifle. 1988.
