MORETTO, Toni (Italian, 1929 ? 2011). Clown with Rings. Italian, ca. 1990s. Hand-painted ceramic sculpture depicting a clown performing the Linking Rings. 9 x 6 1/2 x 6?. Signed to base and stamped Lo Scricciolo. Also retains applied manufacturer?s sticker to underside. Very good overall without discernible signs of wear. From the collection of the late Bill Kress. Per Mr. Kress?s wishes, the proceeds from the sale of this sculpture will be donated to St. Jude Children?s Research Hospital.
