Includes congratulatory telegram from Hall to Morris on role as Kenyon Scudder in Unchained, written and directed by Hall Bartlett in his directorial debut. Bartlett and Morris continued correspondence from during and after production shown, maintaining admiration, continued support, well wishes, and thanks to one another.
Also includes correspondence from Morris to Elroy Hirsch, who played Steve Davitt alongside Chester in the film, as well as a collection of film stills and behind-the-scenes photographs, including images of the cast touring the California Institution for Men. Many with inscriptions to the verso.
