Housed in circular display box, which is, in turn, mounted onto descriptive COA signed by Ken L. Havekotte, owner/appraiser of SpaceCoast Cover Service. Fine. From the COA: ?The affixed swatch is an actual piece of the Apollo 11 Command Module #107 ?Columbia" which flew the first manned lunar landing mission from July 16-24, 969. This pressure-sensitive Kapto polyamide tape was part of the spacecraft's thermal protection subsystem, seen as the gold colored material on the above photo [photo of Columbia floating in the ocean], and was removed from the heat shield after splashdown."
