Offered with the 4-page supplement about the Workman expedition to summit the Karakoram Range (worn).

The 3 newspapers are: The New York Herald (August 3, 1880 - "Ships of the Air" illustrated article on p. 4); The Graphic (January 19, 1878 - illustration of a proposed airship, the "Aerion" on p. 68); The Chicago Sunday Tribune (September 24, 1893 - "Maxim Soon to Fly" illustrated article about early airplane designed by Hiram Maxim).
