Original full green cloth, front board and spine stamped in gilt, boards stamped in blind, purple coated endleaves. 8vo. viii, [1]-360, [16, publisher?s catalogue dated October, 1864]. Binding rubbed, corners bumped, spine a bit toned, hinges just starting, a few gutters overopened, some occasional foxing, soiling, creasing in text; skewed. With the bookplates of Dawes and the armorial bookplate of Thomas Richardson, Jun. on the front endleaves, and with Richardson?s pencil signature on the title-page. Near fine. Toole Stott 809.
