Odd Fellows Initiatory Degree Banner. (I.O.O.F.). Cincinnati, OH: The Pettibone Mfg. Co., ca. 1900. Hand painted silk with metallic trim and metal hanging rod. This is the first degree a new member receives and introduces them to the basic tenets and practices of the order. Includes the all-seeing eye, ?FLT" inside three-link chain, skull and crossbones, and scythe. Minor cracking in paint, staining, and wear to silk at mid-bottom portion. Good condition. Unrolled 25 ? x 20 5/8 x 1".
