Olive Lodge No 31. (Knights of Pythias), Cleburne, Tex. 1896. Hand Drawn Calligraphy with Central Shield and Membership Charter. Ink on paper. This is an exceptional example of a hand driven font with a 3-dimensional shadow accent. Paper toned overall. One tiny hole lower edge right. Hand carved frame sections have areas of loss mainly at lower edge and corners. Not examined out of frame. 22 x 16". Frame (glass) 26 x 20".
